Employment Services Queensland (ESQ) is a newly formed enterprise with the unique advantage of the bringing together over 95 years of collective organisational experiences in the delivery of labour market programs in Queensland. The Shareholders of ESQ are our four Not-for-Profit Member Organisations. Any profits from the provision of Employment Services will be returned to our Not-for-Profit Shareholders for the benefit of disadvantaged and marginalised job seekers.

This bringing together provides a solid platform of resources, highly experienced qualified personnel, and extensive, successful knowledge of the product, the market, customer expectations and client needs.

Employment Services Queensland will provide a wide range of quality specialised employment, training and education services to a diverse range of jobseekers, including the most disadvantaged. The services delivered will be highly responsive to the needs of individual job seekers and tailored to the key characteristics and needs of the local labour market.
